TBC's goal is to biblically train and equip men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, church and places of business, and to develop them in Christian living to make a positive difference in this and future generations. The ministry seeks to accomplish this through Bible study, discipleship classes, leadership development, accountability groups, mentoring, retreats, mission trips and special events.
