For All New 7th-Graders Through Graduated Seniors

What to Bring: Bible, notebook, pen, toiletries, casual clothes, sports clothes for activities, swim suit (girls-one piece; boys-boxer type), shoes for informal services and recreation, spending money for recreation room, Snak Shak, Tradin' Post, Whittler's Workshop, and rifle range; if desired, camera, baseball glove, and fishing pole. Bedding, pillow, towels, and washcloth for those staying in cabins. All bedding and towels provided when staying in the Fellowship Inn or Owens Lodge.

Do Not Bring: Alcoholic beverages, non-prescription drugs, tobacco, fireworks, firearms, radios, tape players, CD players, TV's, cellular telephones, walkie talkies, pagers, magazines, short shorts or short skirts, tight slacks, or T-shirts with worldly advertising. Campers cannot keep food in the cabins.

Girls / Ladies: All clothing worn for daily activities must be loose-fitting and reach the top of the knees. Slits in skirts must not come above the knee. Tops must cover the shoulders (no sleeveless) and must not be low cut in the front or the back. Loose-fitting slacks (no jeans) are acceptable for recreation. Knee-length skirts or dresses must be worn to each evening service.

Boys / Men: All clothing worn for daily activities must be loose fitting and reach the top of the knees. Tank tops may not be worn. Long pants and shirts with collars are required for evening services.

Lost and Found: Lost items not requested within 30 days will be discarded. Requested items will be mailed C.O.D.

Emergencies: In case of emergency, call the office at (903)882-3183. Under normal circumstances, campers should not be called or visited. Telephones are not available for camper use, except in case of emergency.

Christian Conduct: As a Christian organization, Timberline maintains high standards of conduct, music, and separation. Separate swim times are scheduled for male and female campers. The use of tobacco, alcohol or any form of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to request a change in any clothing or behavior deemed inappropriate. Any non-cooperative or non-compliant campers are subject to dismissal at their own expense.

 Health: Safety is a key factor in our program planning. A nurse is on duty for any medical needs, and lifeguards will supervise swimming and water activities. Please do not send medication unless it is prescribed by a doctor and in its original container. For the health of all campers, those with contagious conditions or diseases, such as chicken pox or lice, cannot be retained on the campsite.

7:30 am -                 Arrive at the church with your luggage (DON'T BE LATE)

8:00 am -                 Leaving from the church for camp

                                                                WE WILL BE STOPPING FOR A FAST-FOOD LUNCH, SO BRING $$$

Friday, June 20th

                                Near 3:00 pm - Arrive back at the church from camp

1.             PLEASE DO NOT BRING MAGAZINES, CD/TAPE PLAYERS, ETC. ON THE BUS RIDE.

2.             BRING EXTRA MONEY FOR A FAST-FOOD LUNCH BOTH ON THE TRIP TO CAMP AND THE TRIP HOME  (PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR TEEN NOT TO SPEND THAT MONEY WHILE AT CAMP AS THEY WILL THEN GET NO LUNCH ON THE WAY HOME).  ALSO BRING MONEY FOR THE SNACK SHOP OR SOUVENIRS IN THE GIFT SHOP AT CAMP.

                3.             THE BALANCE OF YOUR CAMPFEE WILL BE DUE ON SUNDAY NIGHT, JUNE 15TH..

4.             PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN ASK BRO. GREG ANY QUESTIONS ON SUNDAY NIGHT BEFORE OR AFTER THE CHURCH SERVICE.

5.             PLEASE SEE THE REVERSE OF THIS SHEET FOR A PACKING LIST.

6.             PLEASE HAVE BOTH PARENTS SIGN THE ENCLOSED AFFIDAVIT FOR EACH CAMPER AND BRING WITH YOU ON MOND AY MORNING, JUNE 16TH.
